The fluorescence was monitored with excitation at 297 nm and emission at 397 nm. The HP peak arose at 17.5 min after injection, followed by the LP peak. Please note the increased HP and LP peaks in (B) compared to (A). Please note the low HP and LP levels of the patient without current evidence of tumour (C). For the scintigraphies of patients (A) and (B) see Figure 2A and B. Please note that the peaks appear to be of the same size, but that the scale is different.
