  1. MDA-MB-231 cells were treated or not by 1 μ M ZOL with or without geranylgeraniol (GGOH) and farnesol (FOH). The effect of ZOL was compared with that of C3 exoenzyme (C3 Exo). The chemokine receptor of SDF-1, CXCR-4, was detected by flow cytometry by indirect immunofluorescence using an FITC-conjugated anti-mouse Ab. Results are the mean±s.e.m. of four independent experiments and are expressed as the percentage of positive cells (Bold indicates significance; **P<0.01).
