  1. For each cell line, TP53, RB and CDKN2A status are given as previously described (Steinhoff et al, 2002; Swiatkowski et al, 2002). APC and CDH1 hypermethylation and expression were determined in the present study as described in the Materials and methods section. Methylation status: + hypermethylated, − no hypermethylation; ± both hypermethylated and unmethylated alleles detectable; protein expression: + present; − not detectable; ± weakly detectable.
