The migration and invasion of the cells were measured by [3H]-thymidine uptake of the cells migrating from the inserts into the wells. Results are shown as mean±S.E.M of three different experiments performed in triplicate. *Significantly different, P<0.001, compared to WT and mock-transfected cells.
