From: Involvement of nucleophosmin/B23 in TPA-induced megakaryocytic differentiation of K562 cells
Decrease of nucleophosmin/B23 protein level during TPA-induced differentiation of K562 cells. (A) K562 cells were treated with 20 or 40 nM TPA for various times (1–3 days) or (B) treated with 20 nM TPA for various times (3–48 h). Cells were harvested and 10 μg of total cellular proteins was separated by 10% SDS–PAGE stained with Coomassie blue (lower panels) or blotted onto PVDF membrane (upper panels). Nucleophosmin/B23 (B23) protein was detected by Immunoblot using anti-nucleophosmin/B23 monoclonal Ab and the chromogenic development.
