  1. Case reference numbers are followed by the sex and age of the patient (in years), and the breed. Breed abbreviations are: West Highland white terrier (WHWT); German shepherd dog (GSD); English bull terrier (EBT); cavalier King Charles spaniel (CKCP). The classification of each case using both the Kiel and Working Formulation systems is then given, followed by the immunophenotype and grade of the case. The final column summarises the cytogenetic data for each case, and represents a brief list of the aberrations detected. The precise subchromosomal extent of each aberration is shown in Figure 3.
