From: c-Myc alters the DNA damage-induced G2/M arrest in human mammary epithelial cells
Overexpression of c-Myc attenuates DNA damage-induced G2/M arrest. To investigate the G2/M transition, after DNA damage, cells were irradiated with 10 Gy, and MPM2-positive cells were measured over a time-course. (A) Irradiated LXSN-infected controls (filled circle) and c-Myc-overexpressing cells (nonfilled circle) were stained with MPM2 in the absence or presence of nocodazole.
