Effects of c-Myc overexpression on p53 and p21Waf1/Cip1 levels. Western blot analysis demonstrated that forced overexpression of c-Myc in LoVo cells (L2 and L3 cells) results in increased p53 and reduced p21Waf1/Cip1 protein levels.
