Plot of the gene-expression ratio according to groups separated by clustering analysis. The gene-expression ratios were box plotted according to three groups identified in clustering analysis. The expression levels of ACBP, PGC and RACK1 were significantly high in group 1 compared to group 2 and/or group 3. In contrast, the expression levels of CDH17 and DEFA5 were significantly high in group 2 compared to group 1 or group 3.
