Fluorescence microscopy analysis of ARO cells treated with RNases. ARO cells were exposed for 72 h to the RNase under test (1.8 μ M). Cells were fixed and stained with Hoechst 33258 to reveal the nuclear signs of apoptosis and photographed (× 360).
