PS2-TAT long-term treatment decreases the proliferation of MDA-HER2 cells. MDA-HER2 cells were permanently incubated within the presence of 2 μ M PS1/2-TAT. Cell proliferation was measured by XTT assay on days 0, 4 and 7. Compared to control cells, the proliferation of PS2-TAT (2 μ M)-treated MDA-HER2 cells was reduced by about 50%. PS1-TAT (2 μ M) treatment showed a rather marginal effect. Each value is the mean±s.e. of quadruplicate data.
