From: In vivo bioluminescence imaging of locally disseminated colon carcinoma in rats
Intraperitoneal tumour load in individual rats at 10 to 40 days after inoculation of 1 × 106 CC531 cells. The tumour load (in arbitrary units) was estimated by visual inspection at post-mortem, according to a point scale combining number and size of nodules (see Materials and methods).
