Effect of dietary supplementation with tricin (0.2%, circles) or control diet only (RM1, squares) on the growth of MDA-MB-468 tumour cells implanted in female MF1 nude mice. Tricin was added to the diet from 1 week prior to tumour implantation, continuing until termination of the experiment. Cells (107) were implanted subcutaneously into the right hind flank.
