From: Overexpression of the Ets-1 transcription factor in human breast cancer
Relationship between Ets-1 52 kDa and uPA protein (A) and Ets-1 51 kDa protein and uPA (B) and Ets-1 33 kDa and uPA (C). Ets-1 protein measurements were carried out using Western blotting. Arbitrary units were assigned to each protein band following scanning densitometry. Values are expressed as a ratio to β-actin. uPA protein was measured using ELISA. Data was analysed using the nonparametric Spearman rank test.
