API-59CJ-OMe induces apoptosis of endometrial cancer cells expressing activated AKT. (A) Two examples of flow cytometry histograms in Ishikawa and KLE cells; API-59CJ-OMe induced marked apoptosis in Ishikawa and RL95-2 cells, but not in Hec1A or KLE cells. (B) Fold increase of apoptosis was calculated as percentage apoptosis in treated cells over percentage apoptosis in untreated cells. Results shown in (B) are the average and standard deviation of Log PI from three independent experiments.
