From: Laminin-5 offsets the efficacy of gefitinib (‘Iressa’) in hepatocellular carcinoma cells
Ln-5 modulation of Gefitinib IC50 effectiveness on HCC cells is dose-dependent. Ln-5 inhibits Gefitinib IC50 effectiveness at 3 μg ml−1, while it is not effective at 0.03 μg ml−1 on HLF (♦), Alexander (▪), Sk-Hep1 (▴) and HepG2 (X) cells.
