From: Laminin-5 offsets the efficacy of gefitinib (‘Iressa’) in hepatocellular carcinoma cells
Ln-5 modulation of 24 h Gefitinib activity on p-Akt. Gefitinib (IC50) does not affect p-EGFR and p-Erk 1/2 on Alexander and HLF cells. With Ln-5 (1 μg ml−1), p-Akt recovers (40%) in both cell lines.
