Protein expression analyses of Notch-1, Hes-1 and Hash-1 in NB cell lines. Cell lysates containing 50 μg of protein from the human NB cell lines SK-N-BE(2), SH-SY5Y, KCN-69n, IMR-32, LA-N-1, LA-N-2, LA-N-5, SH-EP and the rat pheochromocytoma cell line PC12 were separated by SDS–PAGE. The proteins were blotted onto a PVDF membrane, which was probed with polyclonal anti-Notch-1 antiserum, polyclonal anti-Hes-1 antiserum or a monoclonal anti-Mash-1 antibody.
