Growth factor-induced proliferation of BON cells. BON cells were stimulated for 24 h with gastrin (A), HGF (B), EGF (C) or PACAP (D), with quadriplicate parallels per condition, and proliferation measured as BrdU incorporation. Results are shown as the mean value±s.e.m. of one representative experiment, and are expressed as relative values compared to untreated cells (control).
