Control, transfected KTA2 with pcDNA empty vector, HBB, transfected KTA2 with pcDNA HBB expression vector. The experiments were triplicated. (B) Graphical view of KTA2 cell growth. Compared to control, pcDNA HBB transfected cell showed growth suppression (P=2.4 × 10−6, at the point of day 7, t-test).
