Progression-free survival of the 39 NSCLC patients with AURKB overexpression (relative expression 2) according to the real-time PCR data presented in Table 1. A threshold of 45.8, representing the mean expression value of these patients, was used to separate patients into two groups, representing excessive (n=8) and moderate (n=31) AURKB overexpression. The Kaplan–Meier method and log-rank test was used.
