Proliferative responses against Con A. Tumour infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL), cells from sentinel node (SN), from nonsentinel lymph nodes (LN) and peripheral blood leucocytes (PBL), obtained from 15 colon cancer patients were investigated with 3H-Thymidine incorporation upon stimulation with 10 μg ml−1 of ConA. Data from patient no 2 with a Duke's B tumour (A) and patient no 11 with a Duke's C (B). Error bars indicate s.e.m.
