Points are means of triplicate experiments. Error bars represent s.d. in triplicate experiments. (B) In vivo antitumour effect of anti-Cripto Mab C13 on established tumour of CEM/A7R xenografts in SCID mice. The SCID mice were inoculated s.c. with 2 × 107 CEM/A7R MDR cells, and treated with 0.5 mg C13 on day 6 and 0.25 mg afterward (arrows) when the average size of the tumours was 100 mm3. Points show means and bars are s.d. of tumour size.
