(A and B) Cytotoxicity of peripheral blood lymphocytes. Peripheral blood mononuclear cells were thawed 1 day before analysis. Monocytes were removed by plastic adherence. Cytotoxic activity was determined in a standard chromium release assay against the classical NK cell target K562. Data are shown as mean from 10 MALP-2 patients (A) and 4 control patients (B).
