Black squares indicate odds ratios (ORs) area, which is proportional to the amount of information contributed (ie, to the inverse of the variance of the logarithm of the OR). Lines indicate 95% confidence intervals. All estimates were adjusted for age, age at first birth, recent body mass index and recent alcohol consumption when applicable. Recent denotes 1 year before data collection. (A) Women ever using menopausal hormone therapy excluded.
