Data were acquired on a BD LSR flow cytometer and analysed using Modfit. The proportion of cells in G1 is represented by a black peak on the left and cells in G2/M on the right in each panel; cells in S-phase are represented by the hatched area. (B) Time-dependent changes in cell-cycle distribution following re-addition of serum. Percentage of cells in each of the cell-cycle phases was determined by Modfit analysis. Data shown are the mean and s.e.m. of three independent experiments.
