Activation of JAK2 and STAT3 in response to EGF. (A–D) Expression of activated and total JAK2 and STAT3 pre- and post-EGF treatment in OVCA 433 and SKOV3 cell lines. Cell lysates were prepared and western blot analysis was performed as described above. Experiments were performed three times and blots are representative of one independent experiment.
