Nuclear factor of activated T-cells (NFAT) regulates cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) promoter activity in melanoma cell lines. (A) Schematic of the human COX-2 promoter and the COX-2 luciferase reporter vectors used. Cells were transfected with the panel of reporter vectors and treated 24 h later with TPA (50 nM)/ionomycin (iono) (1 μ M) for 4 h.
