Sampling sites labelled a–k (see Table 1 for details). The size of the circles and rectangle indicate relative frequencies of the haplotypes (Table 2). The single hatched circle in the southern clade indicates a ‘southern haplotype’ collected from a northern site (Kraburi River; site c).
