The dashed line corresponds to the case when the divergence time was 104 generations and stabilizing selection occurred. The fitness parameters in this case were o1=0.1, o2=−0.1, σ1=1.0 and σ2=1.0. The average magnitude of the selection coefficient of a mutation was 0.01.
