From: Charge transport and morphology of pentacene films confined in nano-patterned region
Atomic force microscopy (AFM) images of pentacene film (a) on the poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA)-coated silicon dioxide (SiO2) surface and (b) PMMA-coated photoresist (PR) film surface. The average grain size of pentacene is 1.7 μm on the SiO2 surface and ∼200 nm on the PR film.
