Electrical conductivity (a), Seebeck coefficient (b) and power factor (c) at room temperature of the DC-P3HT film and the TCB-treated P3HT film of five samples are shown in the error bars. The electrical conductivity of TCB-treated P3HT in the parallel direction is much higher than that in the vertical direction and that of DC-P3HT. The Seebeck coefficient do not show variable change in different directions (b). The power factor of the TCB-treated P3HT film in the parallel direction is up to 38 μW mK−2.
