Imaging of tumors derived from a single cell derived clone of P6C. (A) DsRed labeled P6C-OPG cells were sorted using FACS. P6C-OPG cells were transfected with the DsRed construct and analysed by FACS. The GFP/DsRed double positive cells were separated out for propagation in culture dishes.
