AZD1480 induces apoptosis in HL cell lines. Consistent with the data in (a) and (b), cleavage of poly (adenosine diphosphate ribose) polymerase (PARP) and activation of caspases 9 and 3 were observed in all the cell lines exposed to 5 μm AZD1480. In L-540 and L-428, caspase cleavage was observed also with 1 μm AZD1480.
