OBP-401-infected samples were fixed and stained with anti-CD45 antibody and CF555-labelled secondary antibody. The overlap of green (GFP) and red (CD45) fluorescence is displayed as yellow. Bar, 20 μm. (B) The number of the GFP-expressing cells with/without CD45 fluorescence in 5 ml blood mixed with 100 C33A cells is shown. The samples were infected with the indicated amount of OBP-401.
