(A) The MET protein level was determined by immunostaining and scored by overall intensity (score: 0=no staining; 1=weak; 2=distinct) in the prostatic tissue from 47 prostate cancer patients. (B, C) Significant inverse correlation was observed for miR-34c when comparing MET intensity in the benign epithelium with miR-34c detected with qRT-PCR on an adjacent slide. (D) No significant correlation was observed in malignant epithelium.
