DETT induces apoptosis of multiple myeloma cells. Myeloma cell lines OCI-My5, U266, OPM2, LP1, RPMI-8226, and KMS11 were treated with DETT (0 or 20 μ M) for 24 h. Cells were then stained with Annexin V-FITC and propidium iodide (PI), followed by analysis on a flow cytometer.
