(B) HepG2 cells were transfected with the indicated plasmids. After 24 h transfection, the expression of protein was detected by WB with indicated antibodies. (C) HepG2 cells were cotransfected with the indicated plasmids and the luciferase reporter gene constructs pBI-GL (vector), pBI-GL-V6L and pBI-GL-NF-κB. After 24 h transfection, the activity was detected by luciferase assays. The error bars represent s.e. * indicates P<0.05. The experiments were repeated three times with similar results.
