Effect of COX-2 knockdown on the levels of stress-responsive proteins in sham-treated and irradiated HeLa Cx26 cells. Western blot analyses of COX-2 regulatory proteins in HeLa Cx26 cells with normal or COX-2 knockdown at 3 h after irradiation with a mean absorbed dose of 50 cGy from 3.7 MeV α-particles. Staining with Ponceau S Red was used as loading control.
