Green lines represent y=± log2, blue lines represent x=± log5, and yellow lines are located at±log5 horizontal distance from the regression line (red line) of the plots in accordance with the original MIAMI method of Hatada et al (2006). Dots located within the two green lines and on the right side of the yellow line were determined to be hypermethylated.
