GARP scores are reported as positive values, however GARP score is derived as a negative score. For details, please refer to (http://dpsc.ccbr.utoronto.ca/cancer/). Number of mutations identified in the COSMIC database (ovarian cancer subset) (http://cancer.sanger.ac.uk/cancergenome/projects/cosmic/)were counted for the F-box proteins scoring in the DPSC database. Please note synonymous mutations have been omitted. F-box proteins not included in the graph did not score in the DPSC.
