Suppression of the CXCL10/CXCR3 axis reduces lung metastatic colonisation. (A) Stable shRNA-mediated suppression of CXCL10 and CXCR3 as confirmed by western blot analysis. Two shRNA constructs (KD #1 and KD #2) were tested for each gene of interest. Nontargeting shRNAs served as controls. β-Actin served as a protein control.
