MSCs pretreated with IL-17 together with IFNγ and TNFα alleviate ConA-induced liver injury in an iNOS-dependent manner. Mice were intravenously injected with ConA (15 mg/kg); 30 min later, untreated or cytokine-pretreated wild-type or iNOS^−/− MSCs were transfused. After 7.5 h, serum and livers were sampled.
