Dynamic regulation of BCL2 family protein expression in the mammary gland. Mammary gland tissue was isolated at the indicated developmental stages and protein lysates (40 μg/lane) were size fractionated by SDS-PAGE and transferred to nitrocellulose membranes that were sequentially probed, or when necessary, stripped and reprobed with the listed primary antibodies. Anti-tubulin served to control for protein loading.
