The effects of 4-phenyl butyric acid (4-PBA) or rapamycin on the intracellular accumulation of the mutated CADM1 in C2C5 cells. (a) The accumulation of the mutated CADM1 (Y251S) in the presence or absence of 4-PBA (7.5 mM) or rapamycin (10 μg/ml). C2C5 cells were transfected with wild-type and CADM1(Y251S) for 28 h and then fixed with paraformaldehyde and immunostained with anti-SynCAM (Cadm1). Scale bars: 50 μm.
