TRAIL synergizes with different chemotherapeutic drugs. HepG2 cells were either pretreated with medium control or 10 ng/ml TRAIL, and then exposed to increasing concentrations of staurosporin, irinotecan, 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) or cisplatin.
