Effect of CB1 and CB2 antagonists on WIN55,212-2-induced cell membrane integrity and LC3 II formation. (a) Granta519 cell were pretreated with SR141716 (antagonist to CB1) and SR144528 (antagonist to CB2) for 30 min before incubation with increasing concentrations of WIN55,212-2 for 48 h. Cell viability was measured by PI uptake analyzed by flow cytometry.
