Radiation sensitivity of the UKF-NB-3 cell line, its sublines resistant to nutlin-3 (UKF-NB-3rNutlin10 μM), UKF-NB-3rNutlin10 μM cells transduced with a lentiviral vector expressing wild-type p53 (UKF-NB-3rNutlin10 μMwtp53), or UKF-NB-3rNutlin10 μM cells transduced with control vector (UKF-NB-3rNutlin10 μMcontrol). A total of 1 × 104 cells were seeded per well in 96-well plates, allowed to adhere for about 5 h, irradiated (5 Gy), and viability was determined by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide assay 24 h post irradiation. *P<0.05 relative to UKF-NB-3
