Akt signaling in lipid rafts of U87MG and N2a cells treated with chemotherapeutics and NMDA with and without aPPD. Total Akt and Akt phosphorylation in the lipid rafts were inhibited by aPPD in U87MG cells treated with TAXOL or Vinblastine (a and c).
