Gossypol and BRD4770 induce LC3-II expression and autophagosome formation in tumor cell lines. (a) LC3-II and BNIP3 protein levels in PANC-1 cells treated for 3 days with the indicated concentrations of gossypol and BRD4770. Tubulin was used as an internal loading control. (b) LC3 expression in HeLa cells stably expressing mCherry-eGFP-LC3. Cells were treated for 24 h with the indicated concentrations of gossypol alone and in combination with 2.5 μM BRD4770.
